MICHAEL J. LEVITT, CHAIRMAN

After 35 years at the helm of the Michaels Development Company, Mr. Levitt continues to play an active role in major business decisions affecting the company.Industry leaders look to Mr. Levitt to be their spokesperson on government trends and policies.He has also formed Michaels' affiliated real estate companies, includingInterstate Realty Management Company; Continental Mortgage Corp (FHA loan servicer); Prestige Affordable Housing Equity Partners (tax credit syndication); Prestige Renovation; Michaels Building Corp. and Michaels Military Housing.A graduate of Dickenson College, Mr. Levitt has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders' Rental Housing Committee since its inception and has chaired the Multi-family Subcommittee.

JOHN O'DONNELL, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. O'Donnell oversees the day-to-day operations of the Michaels Development Company and its affiliates.In that capacity, he has spearheaded the company's involvement in both privatized military housing and the acquisition of large existing housing portfolios.Formerly a Credit Analyst in the commercial banking industry and Senior Accounting Manager with Interstate Realty Management Company, he has over 15 years of real estate and commercial banking experience.Mr. O'Donnell received his BA and MBA in Financial Management from St. Joseph's University.

MARK L. MORGAN, PRESIDENT

Mr. Morgan joined Interstate Realty Management Company in 1985 after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College. Over the past 25 years with the organization,his responsibilities grew progressively culminating in him being named President of the company in October 2008. His experience with the organization includes portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, refinancing and recapitalizations, HOPE VI development assistance, public housing management and staff training. In addition to his CPM designation Mr. Morgan holds a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). He has served on the Board of the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA) as the Mississippi State Director and as President of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New Jersey.

JAMES V. BLEILER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Bleiler is responsible for operations, accounting and fiscal management of properties managed by Interstate.He previously was a Senior Auditor for Arthur Anderson & Company, Controller for Atlantic Aviation Corporation and Assistant Controller for Provident National Bank.He has over 42 years of diversified experience in real estate accounting, commercial banking and financial reporting requirements for the military in conjunction with the privatization of military housing.Mr. Bleiler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

SANDRA E. CIPOLLONE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Prior to joining IRM, Ms. Cipollone was Senior Accountant with Shore, Avrach & Company, Certified Public Accountants, specializing in real estate accounting.She has conducted Fair Housing Training on a national level for a major trade organization.Ms. Cipollone has over 29 years experience in real estate accounting and property management.She holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton State College.She is also a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Public Accountant.

WILLIAM L. GORODETZER, VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Gorodetzer was formerly Vice President for Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company's real estate subsidiary.He has been a real estate finance speaker at seminars sponsored by the Wharton School and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.Mr. Gorodetzer has over 40 years diversified experience in real estate acquisitions, development, finance, asset and property management.He is broker of record for Pennsylvania and New Jersey.He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University.

CARLOS RAMOS, VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Ramos has over 28 years of experience in property management and marketing affordable and conventional properties.He has created nationally recognized marketing procedures for affordable housing communities and has opened and successfully completed the initial leasing for over 58 apartment communities with over 7,000 units.Mr. Ramos received a Business Administration degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles, Science and Business School and is a Certified Property Manager.

CHARLES J. DURNIN, JR., SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Durnin has over 26 years of experience in the area of institutional asset and property management as well as Federal Court Appointed Receiverships throughout North America.He is a national speaker and recognized expert on Section 42 Compliance and is also a frequent speaker at state and county finance agency affordable housing symposiums.Mr. Durnin is a contributor/writer for several national publications on affordable housing, specifically Section 42, and he is also a member of the Board of Advisors for many national publications.He has participated in the development of CDMP for the privatization of military housing.His background includes a comprehensive understanding of Section 42 (LIHTC), FmHA, HUD and other financing vehicles associated with affordable housing.He holds a Masters in Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Management from the Stern Graduate School of Business, New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University.He is a Certified Tax Specialist and Certified Asset Manager. DONALD L. MILLER JR., VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Miller has over 18 years experience in accounting, financing and property management. He has participated in the development of CDMP for the privatization of military housing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Taxation from Temple University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a real estate brokers license in five states.

ROGER WILLIAMS, VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Williams has over 19 years of property management experience.  His experience includes conventional and affordable housing as well as extensive work on multifamily receiverships and recovering distressed properties for financial institutions. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. His certifications include Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Professional of Occupancy and Certified Tax Credit Specialist.  Mr. Williams is a licensed Realtor in the State of New Jersey.

MARC GETSON, VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Getson has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate salesperson; specializing in the field of property management. His experience covers both the conventional and affordable housing markets. Mrs. Black has over 13 years of real estate asset and property management experience.She served for 8 years as the Mississippi State Education Chairperson for the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA). OLIVETTE BEATON, VICE PRESIDENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES

Prior to joining IRM in 1989, Ms. Beaton was employed by the Housing Association of Delaware Valley. She has over 35 years experience in housing and supportive services. Ms. Beaton is author of A Guide to Tenant Rights and Responsibilities, Renting in Philadelphia, and the Non-profit Organization Resource Guide. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology. She is an Alumnus of the Leadership Inc., Fels Center, University of Pennsylvania.

GARY L. ECKROTE, VICE PRESIDENT

Gary Eckrote has been affiliated with The Michaels Organization since 1982 in various management capacities. Trained at the HUD office in Washington in the REAC protocol, he presents training on the preparation for successful results on these REAC inspections. Mr. Eckrote holds licenses and registrations as a general contractor in numerous states and municipalities and is a state-certified building contractor in the states of FL, MS and AL. The Michaels Building Corporation, a Michaels Organization, is responsible for completion of capital additions, restoration of storm and fire damaged structures and substantial rehabilitation of properties solely within the Interstate Realty Management Company portfolio.

Mr. Geddes is responsible for management company accounting/fiscal reporting and risk management for all properties. He has over 27 years of real estate experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University. RALPH M. MASSARO, III, CONTROLLER

Mr. Massaro has over 22 years of experience in accounting, refinancing and real estate development. He is responsible for the accounting records, financial reporting and Tax Credit Compliance for properties managed by IRM & reviewing, evaluating & initial setting-up of all new business. He is also responsible for evaluating, negotiating & bulk purchasing of utilities for properties. He is responsible for implementing all new programs & enhancements to our proprietary software system. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Financing from Rutgers University.

ROBERT J. GREER, PRESIDENT

In a senior position with the Michaels Development Company since 1978, Mr. Greer oversees the company's housing development programs. The projects in the development pipeline for which he is responsible total over $200 billion. Previously Mr. Greer held the position of Director of Development of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University and is a Certified Planner in the State of Pennsylvania.

AVA J. GOLDMAN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR DEVELOPMENT

As a Senior Vice President with the Michaels Development Company, Ms. Goldman oversees approximately 50% of the projects in the development pipeline. Properties in Meridian, MS, Kansas City, Missouri, Washington, DC, Jersey City, NJ and numerous other communities have been developed under her supervision. Before joining Michaels, Ms. Goldman served as Director of Housing with the Atlantic County Improvement Authority. This Atlantic City, New Jersey based agency financed the development of over 1,800 housing units during her tenure. Ms. Goldman is also past- President of The Home Team, Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes homeownership for lower income families. She has a Masters degree in Urban Planning from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University.

WHITNEY WELLER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR DEVELOPMENT

Ms. Weller joined the Michaels organization as VP of Development in 2002. Her primary responsibility is the development of mixed-income, mixed financing housing in the Chicago and mid-Atlantic Region of the US. Previously, Ms. Weller served as a HOPE VI Revitalization Specialist for the Office of Public Housing Investments at HUD. She has practiced architecture and planning in both Chicago and New York City; specializing in grassroots community planning, neighborhood revitalization, adaptive reuse and affordable housing. Whitney received a B.S. in Design from Arizona State University and an M.S. in Historic Preservation from Columbia University, New York. She is a frequent Juror in the School of Architecture, Activist Practice Program, at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

MILTON R. PRATT, JR., SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR DEVELOPMENT

Prior to joining Michaels, Mr. Pratt was the Region III Regional Director for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. He was the Department's principal liaison to Congressional members, mayors, city managers, state and local officials, and HUD clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Milton's prior experience also includes the National Equity Fund (the Nation's largest Non-Profit tax credit investor). He has earned a B.A. in Public Administration (concentrating on Urban Planning) from West Chester University and has served on various boards of directors, including the Philadelphia Chapters of the National Association of Home Builders, Cheyney University Foundation and the Happa Alpha Psi Alumni Fraternity. He was also a member of the NeighborhoodsNow and serves on the Board of Trustees for West Chester University Foundation. In addition, he holds a Public Housing Managers Certification from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.

JOSEPH F. PURCELL, CPA, VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE, MICHAELS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF PRESTIGE AFFORDABLE HOUSING EQUITY PARTNERS

Mr. Purcell came to Michaels with hands-on experience in low-income housing tax credit developments for both profit and non-profit developers. Prior to joining our team, he was a Manager for the accounting firm of Asher & Company in Philadelphia. Joseph worked as a consultant in the Affordable Housing Department where he conducted audits, carryover allocations, cost certifications and tax preparation for tax credit partnerships. As VP of Finance for Michaels, he oversees the accounting of costs through the development stage through project completion; assisting the development staff with sources and uses of funds, determination of eligible basis and amount of tax credits to be received, and calculating rate of return for investors. Most recently, Mr. Purcell's responsibilities have increased to include overseeing our tax credit syndication company, Prestige Affordable Housing Equity Partners. He has extensive knowledge in the low-income housing tax credit program starting with the application process throgh the compliance period. He assists in the structuring, as well as the syndication of transactions. Joseph is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the PA Low-Income Housing Coalition and also serves as a Board Member for the 1260 Development Corporation, Board Member of the Burlington County Catholic Basketball League, Board Member of the St. Charles Borromeo Basketball Program and is a member and former Treasurer of the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting form Temple University and is a licensed CPA in NJ and PA.

RON HANSEN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Hansen has over twenty-seven years of successful project planning and management experience in both military and private sectors. Mr. Hansen is responsible for leading planning and execution efforts for Michael's Military Housing's Military Housing Privatization efforts. He is also responsible for supervising ongoing privatization projects and coordinating all team efforts involving design, construction, renovation, community management and maintenance activities.

Mr. Hansen has been a leader in the military housing privatization program for over 9 years and has led teams successfully developing and executing privatization plans for 13 installations throughout the United States. Mr. Hansen led breakthrough work as the Project Director for the Army's first housing privatization project at Fort Carson, Colorado, and continues a leadership role in the Army program.

Mr. Hansen is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1987. He is a member of the Society of Military Engineers (SAME), The Engineer Association, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Association of the US Army (AUSA). He holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Construction Management and a Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

HEATHER PLUMMER, CPM, VICE PRESIDENT COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Ms. Plummer has been in community management for the past 15 years in all capacity from single property manager to regional and now national levels. Ms. Plummer is responsible for leading community management planning and execution efforts for Michaels Military Housing's Housing Privatization efforts. She is also responsible for supervising transition, marketing, and leasing activities and communicating residential issues to team members to ensure consideration in design, construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.

Ms. Plummer joined the Michaels Organization in March of 2002 as a District Property Manager. Ms. Plummer was promoted to the position of Vice President to enable sharing of lessons learned and apply her experience in community management. Her responsibilities include MacDill AFB Family Housing, Andrews AFB Family Housing, Fort Leavenworth Frontier Heritage Communities, Fort Huachuca Family Housing, Yuma Proving Ground Family Housing and business development opportunities. Ms. Plummer earned Institute of Real Estate Management's Certified Property Manager designation in 2009 and continues to be active in the organization.

RUSS MAYNARD, VICE PRESIDENT RENOVATIONS AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Mr. Maynard joined Michaels Military Housing in 2007 as Vice President of Renovations and Facility Management. Mr. Maynard comes to MMH with over twenty years of renovation and facility management experience. Over the past years, Mr. Maynard was directly responsible for the facility management and renovations for 35 privatized military installations with a value of over 350 million dollars.

Mr. Maynard holds numerous accreditations and awards for his outstanding accomplishments and leadership skills. Mr. Maynard is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in wildlife sciences. Mr. Maynard has also graduated the international operating engineer's school and is a licensed stationary engineer with a journeymen certificate.

Mr. Maynard is Senior Manager for major construction and renovation projects from concept to construction for both owner and contractor. Managing major projects, he develops cost controls and tracking systems to manage construction aspects, as well as developing specifications with design teams and analyzing projects for maintenance life cycle costs.
